A rechargeable battery, based on LFE was designed and supplied. The case design was very narrow in order to reduce battery dimensions in the customer ssyetm.
The customer came with new request – a primary version of this battery, in the same voltage & shape of the case, based on of the shelf LiMnO2 cells. The new also deisgn will also allow cells to be replaced by the end-user.

The Problem: A rechargeable LFE and LiMnO2 has different cell voltage and different dimensions.
Solution: Designing different internal case in the same external volume. Adding custom springs, adding a door on a <1mm axis with 0.3mm stainless steel lock.
